Speaking of excellent fusion food, starting next week, Libertine restaurant plays host to Bloody Bills, a new, pop-up restaurant from Chef William “Bloody Bill” Annesley and restaurateur Michael Della Femina. Expect bold and delicious flavors, like Bacon Wrapped Dates stuffed with Blue Cheese, Tandoori Drumsticks with Hot Mango Chutney, and Pamplona BBQ Shrimp. Plus, all dishes will be under $15.
