Step inside Santa Monica’s Historic Clock Tower Building, make a left, and you’ll be greeted with tall ceilings, a 36-foot zinc bar, mirrored columns, and a charming hostess. From there, you’re in for an epic French comfort food meal starring pan roasted chicken, steak frites, and seafood platters, all sourced locally (they are just around the corner from the Farmer’s Market, after all).
